
Caesar Salad Dressing
Creamy, Zesty Caesar Salad Dressing
Equipment
- 1 Hand Blender or Cuisinart or blender
Ingredients
- 2 EA Garlic cloves
- 1 EA Large Egg Yolk
- 2 TBSP Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 TBSP Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 4 EA Anchovy Fillets
- 1 TBSP Tabasco Sauce
- 4 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 TSP Kosher Salt
- 1 TSP Fresh Ground Pepper
- 2 Cups Salad Oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blending cup.
- Use handheld blender to combine all into a liquefied form
- Continue Blending slowly drizzling salad oil into mixture until completely incorporated. If the dressing becomes too thick you can add some water to get to correct consistency.
- Place blended Dressing into Refrigerator for 30 min or longer before use.
- Enjoy!
