Creamy, Zesty Caesar Salad Dressing

- 2 EA Garlic cloves
- 1 EA Large Egg Yolk
- 2 TBSP Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 TBSP Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 4 EA Anchovy Fillets
- 1 TBSP Tabasco Sauce
- 4 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 TSP Kosher Salt
- 1 TSP Fresh Ground Pepper
- 2 Cups Salad Oil
Combine all ingredients into a blending cup.
Use handheld blender to combine all into a liquefied form
Continue Blending slowly drizzling salad oil into mixture until completely incorporated. If the dressing becomes too thick you can add some water to get to correct consistency.
Place blended Dressing into Refrigerator for 30 min or longer before use.
