Equipment

  • 1 Hand Blender or Cuisinart or blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 EA Garlic cloves
  • 1 EA Large Egg Yolk
  • 2 TBSP Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 TBSP Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
  • 4 EA Anchovy Fillets
  • 1 TBSP Tabasco Sauce
  • 4 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 TSP Kosher Salt
  • 1 TSP Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 2 Cups Salad Oil

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into a blending cup.
  • Use handheld blender to combine all into a liquefied form
  • Continue Blending slowly drizzling salad oil into mixture until completely incorporated. If the dressing becomes too thick you can add some water to get to correct consistency.
  • Place blended Dressing into Refrigerator for 30 min or longer before use.
  • Enjoy!
